How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and remove all data associated with your account, please follow these steps:

1. Send a deletion request email to support@aiwall.art from the email address you used to create your account.
2. We will process your request within 14 days and send you a confirmation email.
3. Respond to the confirmation email to verify your deletion request.
4. Your account will be permanently deleted within 14 days after we receive your confirmation.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

• Your account information (email, name, preferences)
• All images you uploaded to the app
• Your order history and saved artworks
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Important Notes

• Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your saved artworks and order history.
• Email from account: The deletion request must come from the email address associated with your account. We cannot process requests from other email addresses.
• Active orders: If you have active orders in progress, please contact support before requesting account deletion to avoid issues with order fulfillment.
